地理位置优越，直麪天鹅湖，房间也很大。打扫衞生的阿姨也非常热情，第二天打扫看我们在房间还跟我们聊了好久。离市区CBD很近，购物很方便去哪都近。虽然酒店大堂和国内的豪华程度没法比，但是房间里面是不逊色的，这个价格和国内比也不算贵。酒店经理还给孩子送了一个小袋鼠娃娃。

地理位置在CBD 周围很多餐馆，咖啡馆，出行也很方便。风景非常优美，期待明年来西澳。

Amazing service. We arrived exhausted after a red eye flight and arrived 7am at the hotel. We were so glad we had an early check in and free upgrade. Will stay again. 2nd stay here since 2020.

早班机清晨六点半就到酒店了，酒店大堂提供了热咖啡苹果，侧面小厅沙发可以休息，八点多就电话通知我们房间可以入住??充分考虑了入住需求让我们可以有很好的休整时间。第二天早餐出乎意料的好吃??所以晚餐又来尝试了正餐

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Perth. From the moment we arrived after a red-eye flight, the service was thoughtful and warm. A special thank you to the hotel manager for the kind gesture of offering an early check-in—it made a world of difference for us.
To our surprise and delight, we were also upgraded to a river view room. The room itself was spacious, modern, and beautifully designed—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every detail was immaculate, and the comfort was second to none.
Service throughout our stay was impeccable. Staff were consistently attentive and professional without being overbearing. Breakfast was another highlight. The menu was delicious and changed the next day, which was a nice touch for guests staying more than one night.
Couldn’t ask for more—thank you for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back.

房间总体不错，但是灯光系统的切换不合理，尤其是衞生间灯光居然无法独立控制，房间打扫整理的质量很高，地点也很好，去码头很方便，早餐品种不算多但也够了，得知我们要上岛玩还特意送了两袋水果和零食，整体服务非常好。

房间很大，设施齐全，而且风景特别好，给我们的能看到天鹅钟塔和这个天鹅湾以及周边的风景酒店的早餐还好，另外主要是游泳池的开放时间，从日出到日落是常年的温水，风景非常优美，游泳的体验感很棒
